4. I'm unable to upgrade the Connective browser package
When upgrading from an older version of the browser package, errors may occur and you might be prompted to locate the old version's installation file.
If the following error occurs, contact your IT administrator since this is a Windows related issue.
If you keep being prompted to locate the old version's installation file, follow the instructions below.
In the pop-up window, check which version must be downloaded.
Click one of the links below to download the required version.

Retry the upgrade.
When prompted to locate the older version, click the Browse button and locate the version you just downloaded.
Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the upgrade.
