3. Create users
In the Users section, you create the users who will have access to your Connective solutions.
When the required users have been created in the SCT, they must be mapped to the users in your Connective solution.
For eSignatures 6.x you can do this automatically by leaving the default setting IsAutomaticMembershipEnabled enabled in the eSignatures Config Index. The users you create in the SCT will be created automatically in your eSignatures tenant once they log in to eSignatures using their credentials you’ve assigned to them.
Note: If the setting IsAutomaticMembershipEnabled is disabled, you or eSignatures admin will need invite the users that have been created in the SCT to use eSignatures. You can do so by means of the Invite user button in the Access Management section of eSignatures.
Important: In eSignatures, users must always be assigned to a user group, since user permissions are defined on group level, and not per individual user. A user who hasn’t been assigned to a user group won’t be able to do anything. So, make sure to assign the users created in the SCT to the correct user group in the Access Management of eSignatures.
Note: As of eSignatures 6.3.2, users that have been created in the SCT are automatically added to the eSignatures user group that the admin selected in the eSignatures Config Index.
