5. What to do in case of errors?
As of SCT 1.1 error messages have been introduced. Errors may occur during user creation, when a user's email address is already in use for instance, when a password is too easy to guess, etc.
When an error occurs, the following message is displayed:
- Click OK to close the error message.
- The element where the error occurred is flagged by an exclamation mark.
- Click the Edit button next to the element that requires your attention.
- In the Edit screen you'll see which entry caused the error, and why.
- Now resolve the error and click Edit to save your changes.
